MXP Driver — Privacy Policy

MXP Group LLC ("MXP Group", "we", "us") operates the MXP Driver mobile app, used by our contracted owner-operator drivers to manage assigned freight loads. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Who this app is for

MXP Driver is a private, invite-only app for drivers under contract with MXP Group LLC. It is not intended for the general public.

Information we collect

• Account information: name and login credentials used to access your driver account.
• Location data: while you are logged in, the app periodically sends your device's GPS location so dispatch can see your current position on assigned loads, including as a backup when the truck's ELD device hasn't reported recently. Location is also recorded at the moment you electronically sign a proof-of-delivery (POD).
• Load documents: photos of bills of lading (BOL), proof-of-delivery (POD) documents, and other load-related paperwork you upload.
• Electronic signatures: signature captured when you sign a POD in the app.
• Messages: chat messages exchanged with dispatch through the in-app messaging feature.
• Push notification token: a device identifier used to deliver notifications (new loads, dispatch messages) to your phone.

How we use this information

Information collected is used only to operate MXP Group's dispatch and load-management operations: assigning and tracking loads, confirming delivery, communicating with drivers, and maintaining required carrier records. We do not sell driver data to third parties.

Data sharing

Location and load data may be shared with the freight broker or customer associated with a specific load, as necessary to confirm pickup/delivery status. We do not share driver data for advertising purposes.

Data retention

Load records, signatures, and documents are retained as required for carrier compliance and business recordkeeping. Location pings are retained only as needed to support recent load tracking.

Your choices

Location and push notifications can be disabled at any time through your device's app permission settings; note that disabling location may limit dispatch's ability to track your load status. You may request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us below.
